Does plan management cost anything?
The cost of plan management is included in your NDIS plan if you let the NDIA know you’d like to use it.
You can request this during your planning meeting or switch mid-plan.
The funding for your plan management is separate from your other support funding.
Do plan managers have more access to different providers?
Yes! If you are self managing your plan, you can only engage the services of providers registered with the NDIS.
If you choose to have your plan managed, a plan manager can engage the services of providers who are not registered with the NDIS.
